    I had a very bad experience at this hotel. When I visited directly, the staff told me to first make a booking online. I booked a Deluxe Room via agoda and it was the only option showing available. However, after completing the booking and informing the staff about the price, they said the Deluxe room was not available because the price I selected was “too low.” They forced me to upgrade to a Super Deluxe Room and pay extra money. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a pricing trap. Even after paying extra, the room condition was very disappointing. There were no towels provided, the geyser was not working (no hot water), and the taps were broken. The hotel claims to be premium, but the facilities are worse than a normal budget hotel. Very misleading service and poor maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
