    I stayed here as a solo traveller and felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was having a private bathroom inside the room, which made the stay much more comfortable as a solo traveller. I also requested a lower bunk bed, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. I chose this accommodation mainly because of its convenient location. It is only around 650 meters from Dataran Merdeka, which was perfect for me as I was staying here to participate in KLSCM. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for solo travellers! ❤️

    Fast check in, nice and friendly staff, well-equip with all basic amenities. A good place to stay to explore KL as closed to public transport hub.

    It’s in the heart of one of the most crowded streets in KL. Not much other than the main floor brightly lit reception area with a big desk and few cushions, and big balcony that overlooks Petaling Street. It’s great if you like that sort of atmosphere. Bathroom was just ok. Not great. The room has no windows and the hallway was hot and humid without adequate air conditioning. Lastly, a reception lady offered to help me with a question only to yell at me literally before I finish sentence because she chose to answer another person after me. I’m sure she just got overwhelmed, but pretty bad customer service I must say. Sadly I don’t think I’ll come back again.
