    This was more of a homestay than a resort. A house with rooms converted into a tourist residence. The room was well equipped with a very well functioning air conditioner, a brand new geyser for hot water and a king and single bed. The place is pretty isolated from main part of Pondicherry and is also quite a few distance from the main road. However Eden beach is in proximity and was good location for it. There arent any good restaurants nearby or any, even near Eden beach. The hotel lacked basic toiletries and is run by a group of young boys who do a decent job (not all are well acquainted with the services of the hospitality industry - one of them handed me a crumpled up blanket when asked and the lead boy pulled it back before handing me a neatly folded one!). There is no food services available but given its a house converted, there was a huge dining hall right outside our room. Parking at the front is only available for two cars but the rear entrance allows for maybe two to three more. For the price, which was pretty budget at a relative level, this was a very decent place but best be aware of the deep set location and lack of nearby amenities. If you have a mode of transport such as a car or two wheeler, you should be fine. But if you are very touristy and need the hustle and bustle like that of French Colony or White Town, this isnt for you.
