    It was a pleasant stay at the property. Suriya the owner was personally suggesting the places to visit as per our convenience which felt that we knew him from ages. Such friendly experience made us feel that our stay was too short. Surely will recommend ppl to try this place...the property is beautiful and peaceful

    For a pleasant and peaceful stay nothing could be less with this property, hospitality, location, food and people everything is so perfectly manageded and the best homely experience we had. Must plan the stay atleast for a night, very comfortable beds peaceful atmosphere and pleasant sleep.

    Had a really lovely stay here. The place is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. It has such a nice boutique feel to it, and you can tell the property is looked after really well. The owner and staff were so warm and welcoming. They were very accommodating and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They even helped me plan my itinerary and guided me on what to do and where to go, which made the trip so much easier. Really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place. I’d love to come back again!

    The location of the hotel is good. The Staff is polite and very hospitable however our experience was very mixed. During checkin we requested for an early check-in to which the staff politely agreed but we had to wait for almost 2.5 hrs. A clear communication would have helped us plan the time better. The breakfast is really nice I would recommend everyone to try it. Deluxe room however is a let down. The room was dark and depressing without a proper window. There was dust under the bed and the tv was placed at wall perpendicular to the bed which was honestly wierd. The bathroom had a foul smell. During our checkout there was no water which eventually ended up delaying us more than 90 minutes. For 5k a night my expectations of the room was higher. Dark green color for a window less room should be re-considered. It honestly is a little depressing. Would recommend to either book a balcony room or probably an executive one. Not sure if pondi has better alternatives for 5k a night.
