    This place was absolutely the most smooth and simple experience i had. I was provided with all the promised amenities even the staff was very polite and would definitely go again here

    The property is at excellent location. The rooms are newly constructed and are spacious, neat and clean with best facilities and very friendly staff. Parking space is huge and very well maintained. Swimming pool was also clean. Overall excellent experience at the property and definitely recommended 👍🏼

    Disappointing Experience at Blue Waves, Alibaug We stayed at Blue Waves for one day, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The location is very remote and difficult to find. Google Maps could not guide us to the exact location, and the small black-and-white signboard was barely visible. There was no clear indication of Blue Waves nearby, which made reaching the property quite frustrating. The manager seemed more focused on explaining rules and regulations repeatedly rather than ensuring that guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We felt that there was a lack of proper customer service and assistance. Another thing I noticed was that the manager personally requested guests to give a 5-star review, or at least 4 stars if they had given a lower rating. I believe reviews should reflect the guests’ genuine experiences rather than involve requests to increase ratings. Overall, the property needs better signboards, clearer directions, and a stronger focus on guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, and I would suggest that future visitors carefully consider these points before booking.

    The location is a little bit inside but they do provide contact for easier traveling which was one of the best thing which made our trip much easy in terms of traveling. Other than that, the rooms were pretty good only thing is no cleaning service was offered rest the rooms were spacious good with good amenities. No facility for food available we had to order but it was good that atleast zomato swiggy was very easily accessible to order food. The pool water was dirty it had insects frogs even tho filteration was on it started itching on skin after 10mins. If u r there for night stay or taking some rest from ur whole day adventure then it is highly recommended otherwise not for whole day stays. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kind so full points for them
