    Rooms were so pathetic, bed covers and blankets are not clean. colour of wall peeling. wash basin leaking. I think Agoda team do not have any checking. will rethink booking next time through Agoda

    worst hotel i have ever stayed in. worst part was the owner. absolutely horrendous, horrible woman with a disgusting mindset. was rude since the first call. insisted we book with her over whatsapp over agoda for ***. And when we couldn’t due to technical issues, she starts cursing out saying “aapko whatsapp chalana nai aata kya” is this how civilised people talk? When we went to the hotel due to having no other choice because of the weekend, we went there and a worker called her because of an enquiry and the call was on speaker and she says “inko phasa, aasani se room mat de, naatak kar ki room nai de sakte aur extra paise le” and we heard this and got angry. somehow the employee managed the situation but the hotel conditions were beyond disgusting as well. Jet spray not working, AC unservicable the entire night, power and electricity was on-off the whole night. We could not sleep because the fan was not functionable. water was cut off and there was no water to use the washroom or brush teeth in the morning. (crazy for *** per night) bugs (ON THE BED), bad conditions of bathroom, no shampoo, soap or any other toiletries provided. doors not sound proof at all.pillows were so dirty it was ew. lock on the door was also not working properly, bathroom sink tap was leaking and many many more things. the condition of the room was indescribable and how we survived one night in there was a remarkable challenge. absolutely not worth the *** rupees. worst hotel ever. doesnt deserve any business from anybody

    We booked the hotel through Agoda, upon reaching the hotel, to our utter surprise and shock prices were booked for rs 4,400 but the hotel was worth not more than rs. 2000 looking into the ambience,facility of the hotel. Location is good as it's nearby to the beach but rates are not worth more than rs 2000. We paid for one child extra but no extra bed was given since room were not big enough,so we had to adjust in double bed for Persons. Geyser was not working, although we were provided with hot water buckets on request.. No large place for parking , but we were lucky enough to get the parking space for 1 car brezza , 2more small cars were parked with adjustment... I would suggest not to book online , since prices are negotiable and rooms are available even on weekends. Online non availability are shown just to create panic among tourist so as to book the hotel on higher prices. Don't book through Agoda, Thanks
