Next to Bangued, La Paz is the place in Abra to be. And what separates them is the Candaba bridge. Tho almost 3kms away from the town proper, this place in the nearest to the bridge as far as I know so if you plan to visit different places in Abra then this is the place to be. The wife of the owner is from NCR so if you are also from there then you'd have an easier time communicating with her than with other owners. She even went back twice to the noodle shop we went to after checking out because our companion forgot two items.

It was an amazing stay at Angkel’s Place ❤️ The room was so clean and a homie vibe. The owner was so very accomodating. And the place is so very relaxing while seeing the view of the scenic mountain. Really a home away from home. Thank you for the great stay and experience.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, making it easy to unwind after a long journey. Internet is provided via Starlink, ensuring stable connectivity throughout the stay. Excellent value for the price, and what truly sets this place apart is the genuine hospitality of the owners—they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Pwede din magluto as they provide the utensils and cookware. Maraming salamat po. Will definitely stay here for my next Abra visit.
