    If you are bored of regular hotel rooms then you can go for this bohemian style of cottage stay. But otherwise a small place. Big comfortable rooms. Excellent location for sea view. Walkable distance from beach. Cons - No facility like food or anything. Water in washrooms very slow. Due to the green surrounding and style of room, lizards in room. Overall...ok stay but felt less value for money

    At check-in time, we entered the cottage and rested for a while. We locked the cottage from the inside, but suddenly someone pushed and opened our door without our permission. I think it was a technician or someone from outside. Later, in the middle of the night, a rat came into our cottage, ate our snacks, and made noise. I suddenly woke up and turned on the light, but the rat escaped to a safe place. After some time, the rat came out from there. The reference image is attached, and I have a clear video. Totally disappointed. It's not a worthy stay for the money I spent.

    The rooms were pretty good at the price point, the property is located near the beach and the view of north cliff beach is so pretty, all the famous cafes & food places are near by. The manager & staff were so sweet, he helped us out with autos & he also helped us out with booking a rented car to explore kerala. Even with friends & family, this property is pretty good. VALUE FOR MONEY!

    Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and convenient, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there are several areas that need improvement. There was no continuous hot water supply, which was quite inconvenient. Parking is available only on the roadside, so vehicles have to be moved frequently, making it a hassle. The internet connection was extremely poor and unreliable throughout the stay. Additionally, the rooms do not have a telephone, so requesting room service or contacting the front desk is inconvenient. With improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience would be much better.
