I booked this hotel because it was a new property by OYO and conveniently located near the area I needed to visit. Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this property to others based on my experience.
Despite booking through Agoda with breakfast included, the hotel refused to acknowledge it. Multiple requests to confirm whether breakfast was included were ignored. We were repeatedly told to contact another person, who was unavailable most of the time. This lack of professionalism and accountability was frustrating.
At around 2 a.m., someone rang our room's bell repeatedly. When I opened the door, there was a man in the dark corridor with a flashlight claiming he was looking for his charger and mistakenly knocked on the wrong room. Was it really necessary to disturb guests at such an odd hour over something so trivial? The incident left us feeling unsafe and annoyed.
Despite getting approval for a late checkout, I received repeated calls asking me to vacate the premises much earlier than the standard checkout time.
On my previous visit, the elevator was frequently out of order, which caused significant inconvenience. It seems maintenance is not a priority for this property.
