The room had great ventilation, and the location was convenient, making it good value for money overall. However, basic maintenance and management responsiveness need urgent improvement. Upon check-in, I noticed a stain on the bedsheet. More frustratingly, the AC, TV, and bathroom exhaust fan were completely non-functional. Proper bathroom exhaust is essential. I reported all of these issues to the front desk on the very first day, but no action was taken to assist us. I would still recommend it for the price and location, provided management starts maintaining their amenities and addressing guest concerns promptly.
