Overall, we had a good stay at Grand Marina. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were accommodating throughout our visit.
Just a small tip for future guests planning to have breakfast at the restaurant: breakfast service starts around 8:30 AM, and preparation can take quite a while since the food seems to be prepared only after ordering. We experienced around a 45-minute wait, so it may be better to pre-order or arrange breakfast the night before if you’re on a schedule.

We booked the deluxe room for 1 night. Clean and quiet room, AC works well, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. There was also a smart TV and a small living room. Also has a nice view of PITX area. Location was great, walking distance to PITX where so many food stalls to choose from. There's also a 7-11 just outside the condotel. Will visit again.
