There was no hot water kettle, no towels, no complimentary drinking water, and no basic amenities. The hotel does not allow outside food, not even cold drinks or chips, which is extremely inconvenient.
Everything mentioned in the amenities list is completely fake. The bed sheet was very dirty with multiple stains, and there were even threads and nail clippings left behind by the previous guest on the bed, which is absolutely unacceptable.
The hotel charges ₹30 per litre for drinking water, and nothing is provided complimentary. There is no proper parking—the staff simply tells guests to park wherever they can find space outside.
The window AC was useless. Even when set to 16°C, it did not cool the room at all.
Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, the service is terrible, and the facilities are misleading. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
