Raat ke samay AC kharab ho gaya tha aur reception pe phone karne par technician der se aaya. Thik karne ke baad bhi AC dobara kharab ho gaya, jiski wajah se hum raat bhar disturb rahe. Hotel management ko service aur maintenance par dhyaan dena chahiye

Good hotel..slightly costly based on amenities

Room was clean, staff was very cooperative, food was good. Overall we had a great experience.

Despite the many positive reviews, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I was initially given Room ***, where water from the bathroom was entering the room, the TV could not connect to Wi-Fi, and the in-room locker was not working. When a staff member came to check the locker, he used a master key and opened it almost instantly. While I understand that staff may have access to master keys for operational purposes, seeing the locker being opened so easily naturally made me concerned about the security of my valuables. I would have felt much more reassured if this had been handled by a manager or senior staff member. After complaining about these issues, I was moved to Room***, where water was dripping from the toilet seat. Having to change rooms because of multiple basic maintenance issues was certainly not what I expected. The water policy was perhaps the most surprising part of my stay. At around 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, with the official check-out time being 12:00 p.m., I simply requested a bottle of drinking water. I was told that complimentary water was not available and was charged ₹63 for a bottle. What was even more puzzling was that the bottle I was charged for was different from the water provided during my stay. This raises a very simple question: why provide one type of water to guests during their stay, but a different type when they are asked to pay for it? And more importantly, does the hotel expect guests not to need drinking water during the two hours before check-out? The hotel is also located away from the main central areas, which can be inconvenient for guests who want easy access to the city’s key attractions. Overall, the combination of repeated maintenance problems, concerns regarding the security of the room locker, inconsistent service, and an unreasonable approach to something as basic as drinking water made my stay far below expectations. The hotel needs to seriously improve its maintenance, guest service, and basic hospitality standards.
