The AC isn’t working,
The fan sounds like he’ll,
They mentioned sea view but unfortunately the staircase is blocked the view.
Only good thing is it is closer to beach and you can go sit at beach anytime if dogs allows you 😂.

I had several issues with this hotel. First, the breakfast I paid for was not provided. Second, the parking is very inconvenient. Third, the cleanliness is subpar, the AC vents look like they haven't been touched in a year. Most frustratingly, their support team is unhelpful, they just ask for booking details over and over but never actually fix the problems.

Just because i got a hefty discount and a large room, the staff tried to scam me to a downgraded room.
No response on towels until end even after 6 repeated calls with 3 different people.
The owner lady downstairs was friendly and helpful. Only thanks to her.
And you people respond properly if we request something. A simple YES or NO will suffice. Dont give false hopes and keep us waiting forever.
