The rooms & the location of the resort were good, making it easy to explore nearby areas. Overall, it offered good value for money

So we booked a cottage in this resort. Which is pretty good but not as we expect as its price is 2500/- per night. Before bookings, we see some of the review videos which are available on the internet but didn’t find any cottage room video or reviews or pictures, but we had to book it in the short notice and had not much choices. After checking in to the room, its not that bad, has some basic needful things like a bed, two chairs one dressing table and one mini cupboard and a TV. Washroom is clean and has geizer. But one thing is very disappointing and that is on the first night we face some unexpected issues in the night, around 1:30 am, we found someone is trying to forcefully open the door but we locked it very carefully so they failed and left. But if we didn’t lock the door carefully before sleeping i dont what we have to face, and in the morning when we talked about with one of a staff they said somebody mistakenly knock out the door as they thought it was there room, because the rooms were so close.. we didnt argue cause we dont want to spoil the mood of the travel…

The pool was clean. Very polite staff. Rooms were average. Enjoyed the stay

Excellent location and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, the swimming pool was not clean, the facilities were below expectations, and parking was inconvenient. Staff service was average and could be more responsive. A good stay overall, but better maintenance and improved amenities would make it much more enjoyable.
