    Average good accommodation. But some rooms needs some serious maintenance.Bathroom exhaust windows are broken, water leakage, some door knobs are broken hence not locking properly, TV, electric kettle given are faulty in some rooms.

    1. The food quality is good and enjoyable; however, the complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark in terms of variety and quality. 2. The maintenance is very poor. We stayed there for a couple of days, but nobody came to clean the rooms or washrooms during our stay. Proper housekeeping and regular cleaning services are expected and need significant improvement. 3. The swimming pool is not maintained at all. The overall cleanliness were poor, making it unsuitable for use. Proper maintenance and regular cleaning are urgently needed. 4.Another inconvenience was that the TV in our room was not recharged when we checked in. Although the issue was resolved after we informed the staff, such basic amenities should be functional and ready for guests from the beginning. 4. This property does not deserve its 3-star rating.

    There are plenty of fantastic, affordable resorts nearby, so please do yourself a favor and avoid this one entirely. Our 2-day stay was completely ruined by the reception staff, who showed the worst attitude toward guest hospitality. We arrived at 9:30 AM on a heavy rainy day, and even though our room was vacant, the receptionist demanded an extra ₹1,000 for an early check-in. When we pointed out that our Agoda booking explicitly stated early check-in was available 2–3 hours prior, he became incredibly hostile and told us, "Whatever you want to do, do it, I will not allow check-in before 11:00 AM." Compounding this terrible welcome, the room's AC service was extremely poor, and the swimming pool is a genuine safety hazard—the tiles are so badly damaged that they scratched our skin while swimming. They charge a premium price for a miserable experience, and we were so unhappy that we checked out a day early. Save your money and peace of mind, and look elsewhere.
