    I am booked at agoda app with pay in property option but then didn't confirm at property side they need to pay after only they confirm thats y I am not stay in this property

    Room was not upto good no ventilation no fan no ac no hot water but staff was very good . One more thing is that Agoda is not properly handling its customers as the check out time was given 2am in the night after booking the room... But luckily the hotel management gave us proper time for check out until mrng. That was good but Agoda app and services are worst kindly double check the check out time before booking the rooms as Agoda app is not properly handled for customers.
