    I have Sayyed for couple of days and entire staff were great, specially front desk team, always welcoming and ready to help. Housekeeping team is also nice. My AC was not working on first day, they fixed in quick time.

    Our third stay over. Arrived at 11.30 following domestic flight from Butuan. No problems they checked us in immediately. Same room as before so they keep tabs on likes. This meant we could shower and head out for the afternoon. They are very supportive in their approach to guests. Now 10.15 pm. Thinking about the great breakfast in morning. This establishment is an absolute gem at a great price. Highly recommended.

    When you ask for an extra towel, they charge you; nothing exceptional! Even though you're aware of the pricing, Agoda advertises it as a special member offer and charges more than the advertised price! Be careful when approving the transaction in addition to Agoda’s ad of “ exclusive and special” which is totally misleading. Not hotel’s fault. A total misleading promotion by Agoda which at the end costs more when you see your CC statement.
