We had a wonderful first stay at Citizen Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was that there weren't many places nearby to buy food. Aside from that, everything else was great. We had a pleasant stay and would happily come back in the future.

My stay at Citizen Hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room itself feels a little old and could use some updating. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow during my stay. On the positive side, the beddings seem to be new, which made the room feel more comfortable and refreshed.
But what truly keeps me coming back to this hotel is the staff.
Throughout my entire stay, I was treated with so much politeness, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The female staff always greet me with their biggest smiles whenever I come by, and it really makes me feel welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk, especially when he is working alone at night, always makes sure that all my needs are taken care of. Despite being alone, he remains attentive, patient, and professional.
For me, the people are the heart of this hotel. A hotel can have an old room or slow Wi-Fi, but having staff who genuinely care about their guests makes a big difference. Their warm service and welcoming attitude are the main reasons I continue to return.

This was our second time staying at Citizen Hotel, and we enjoyed it just as much as our first visit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We had another wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Manager Chris attacked me w/ powered loud voice regarding with some private issue from other staff and me. Betterbasked first before being hestirical like an animal. Unbelievable. Nakita pa ng ibang staff yun. Shocked by your reaction. Very unprofessional. Be better next time. Tsk tsk!
