    We explored multiple hotels in the city. But there is no hotel like panchsheel. I had gone there with my father who is a senior citizen. They gave us an extended check out since our flight was delayed. Very polite and helpful staff.very good location. Very good food. If ever go again I will not even think about any other hotel . Highly recommended hotel best staff best location best hygiene best food and very spacious rooms with most modern bathrooms

    My room number was 212. Go and check if you have not already cleaned it after my complaint while checking out.. The bathroom has algae at the edges of the wall and glass. It also has insects in the bathroom. The head rest of the bed has quite a layer of dust in it. The reception is pathetic.. they dont pick calls if you are stuck in the town and want to ask for direction, they will just not pick up the call. Infact when i asked them at the counter they claimed that they never miss any call and at the same time i was calling them secretly and without realising they ignored my call which later i pointed out and they said.. we would have called. They are seriously under staffed also.
