Pros: Great location across the street from the bus station and a 5 minute walk to the center of town. Fantastic views up in the tower, clean room, nice modern decor, wonderfully vast breakfast, super fast/smooth elevators, friendly staff (handle rude guests very well), beautiful lobby and bar, very comfortable bed, etc.
Cons: The shower is very nice and modern, but it floor in the shower is dangerously slippery and could also use a shelf to put your personal soap so you don’t have to place in on the floor.

Very disappointing
The most serious problem happened at 2am the night before our checkout, when the hotel charged my card over 1,000 euros without warning. Our stay had already been paid upfront, so the only thing outstanding was the tax. Instead they somehow ran the full cost through again. I only caught it because my bank alerted me, and had to go down to reception in the middle of the night to sort it out. Staff apologized and promised a refund, but how does a five star hotel make an error of that size, and why is it left to the guest to catch it? Standing at reception at 2am with an early flight ahead was very annoying.
The service was disappointing in smaller ways too. One evening we asked for black tea bags around 7pm and nobody brought it. We followed up at 9pm, were apologized to again, and still nothing arrived. We gave up rather than chase a third time.
We were also given the wrong information about the airport shuttle. We were clearly told it would cost 30 euros, but it turned out to be 45. We would have been better off booking a taxi, which would have been cheaper and available at a time that actually suited us.
To be fair, the staff themselves were all pleasant to deal with. But whether it's a major billing mistake, a simple request, or wrong information, this hotel doesn't follow through. I expected far better for the price and wouldn't stay here again.

Parking fees value for my rental car was extremely exaggerated. Beside the value of money for the room that I checked in was expensive
