Large Apartment in a Quiet Area with Terrace & Free Garage

Large flat, generally well equipped, with floor heating. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave are present. The beds were comfortable for us. The street where the house is located is very quiet, there is a small square a few minutes walk away with some stores and the terminus of the tram line Nr. 1. With the tram you can easily get to the downtown or more local stores.

Some may find the floor to be cold, so it's recommended to have a pair of houseshoes with you. There is no elevator, just to consider this fact if you have heavy luggage.

What a great place to stay in Brno! We truly enjoyed this nice apartment! It is a new place, roomy and particularly well furnished. The apartment is like a neighborhood house with a modern design. Included are special features like electric blinds, heated floors, large bathtub and a wide screen TV. A bonus was it has it’s own garage for parking. The photos of the place are accurate. We didn’t use our car and instead took a 17 minute tram ride into Brno. And later we walked 5 mins. to the grocery store, pastry shop and neighborhood restaurant. The owner was very communicative and friendly! Any questions we had, he responded quickly and was helpful. We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was quiet, and we rested well in the comfortable beds!
