    The front desk staff were accommodating and responsive to my requests. The hotel is in a convenient place in the city so the stay was good.

    I was on a cycling trip in June 2024 and the staff here was very helpful and allowed me to keep my cycle in the room. The restaurant food was also very tasty.

    I usually avoid writing detailed negative reviews and normally just leave a rating. I am not trying to be difficult, but I believe every guest deserves a clean, comfortable room and a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep because the room was unbearably warm. Although it was advertised as having air conditioning, the temperature could not be adjusted, and changing the fan speed made no noticeable difference. The system simply did not make the room cooler. I woke up after only an hour of sleep, sweating, and could not fall asleep again. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and mold. The shower curtain smelled damp and musty, as though it had not dried properly. I also found strands of hair on the bed and in the shower, as well as stains on the duvet cover that appeared to resemble blood. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. This hotel was intended to be a place to rest during a stopover on my Hokkaido trip, but I left feeling completely exhausted. If there is any consolation, the staff were really nice and accommodating, and the location was quiet and convenient—the reason I chose this property. However, given the circumstances, I would personally choose another place to stay.
