Cute little cottage stocked with everything we would need for our stay. Very pleased to see niceties such as bathroom items in case you run out and snacks and bottled water provided for use with the coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and the shower gets hot quickly. Loved the shower wand as an alternative to shower head. Very close to Lake Hartwell, within walking distance.
Perhaps we couldn't program the T.V. properly but we could not get live shows. There is an excellent amount of streaming available be it Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO Max but we couldn't get live news or shows on regular broadcast T.V. Also, no fault of the rental owner but the bordering property to the left is an extreme eyesore. I would imagine that the local community is very irate in efforts to make the homeowner clean up the mess.

Everything great location, clean, well stocked with complimentary items, great parking if you are pulling a boat.
If I’m going to not pick. Trash can behind house was already full. Bathroom is on the small side.

A really cute, clean place. Perfect for a quaint little getaway. Just a short walk to access the lake.

The location was great. We were able to walk down to the lake front and the scenery was great. The small cabin/ house was immaculate inside and out. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner when we arrived. He was very friendly and we knew immediately that he personally to great pride in his facility and , most of all, he was doing everything in his power to ensure we had a pleasant and wonderful stay . That is exactly what we had.!!
I honestly can not say that there was anything that I did not like. Of course, there might be something that is not perfect, but in this case , I don't think it worth even mentioning. Since it might be expected, I will say that the driveway is a bit steeper than I would like but it is also irrelevant to our stay!
