We were visiting for a concert. Perfect for what we were looking for! Cutest set up — very quaint and cozy.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was conveniently located near a boat ramp for our launching our boat. It was also a plus that the town of Hartwell was so close. We enjoyed using the barbecue and eating out on the deck. Would highly recommend the place and would book again.

The host was excellent got back to us quickly with questions. The only negatives were the lake was farther than expected from the house and a little steep to get there. Also we unfortunately had an afternoon of rain so decided to do a movie day. The living room furniture is very pretty but not very comfortable to try and watch a movie as there's only a couch with a small ottomen and the other 2 chairs are formal straight wing back chairs. The house did however have all the necessary items you would need to cook a meal, showers were clean and had shampoo/conditioner and soap provided with fresh towels. The town is very close with lots of great food options. We ate at the Boathouse, it was very affordable with great food, live music and views of the lake. The house is set off the road on a very quiet block, met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly as well.
