LUVI - Gorizia

Emplacement top, petit balcon génial

The apartmentwas clean and neat, bright and airy - quite attractive! The AC was excellent in the heat wave we were having. The keybox was convenient and the staff helpful. The location was excellent with plenty of public transit and restaurants. The water pressure was very good as well for getting cleaned up after the sweaty heat of the day.

The apartment had a few issues. No microwave or oven made the kitchen less useful we hoped for. The fridge was functional but very small. The washing machine got things clean but took 2.5 hours per load and was Extremely loud. There was no dryer or drying rack to hang your wet clothes after washing... The bed was not comfortable due to sagging mattress that was somehow also hard. When we came in there were electrical problems too. The socket for the modem was so loose we couldn't connect another socket was hanging out of the wall. However the handyman was awesome and fixed both electrical issues very well. Finally the shower drain was quite slow causing us to worry about using the water full force.

It was very cosy and had a very nice balcony!! It also had a very big closet for all our clothes and the bathroom was spacious!

We are very pleased with everything! We would have liked a change of towels but we didn’t look into it or asked.
