Soggiorno a due passi dal Duomo

Krásné ubytování v centru města. Kousíček do obchodů a kousíček do restaurací. Auto bezpečně zaparkované. Pan hostitel byl moc vlídný a se vším nám pomohl. Moc doporučujeme.

Well located, modern clean apartment, beds were comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful.

We were unsure how to adjust the shutters, so some information about them would have been useful.

La ubicación es buena teniendo en cuenta la amplitud del radio céntrico de Milán. Desde la estación central de trenes tiene buena combinación con el metro. Una vez salido a superficie, está a cinco cuadras. Se accede por ascensor. Tiene buenos equipos de aire acondicionado.

No me gustó el habitáculo de la ducha del baño; muy poco espacio. No me gustó que no tuviera un aparato de tv. Considero excesivo el cobro de la tasa municipal (el más elevado del resto de las ciudades visitadas)

Location

We have been to many accommodations while traveling in Europe. Unfortunately this accommodation did not meet our criteria. Despite the great location, the host didn't advise us that he removed the washing machine from the apartment a month after our booking (washing machine was one of the reason we had chosen this apartment at this stage of our trip). The dishwasher was not unloaded when we arrived, mattresses are too firm, iron included but not the iron board, gaz stove was not working properly and there was no instructions about it. The accommodation is located in a noisy area (tram) and shower is very small and didn't kept the temperature hot for long. The communication with the host was not immediate, could take hours (up to 12 hours) to get an answer. Update : To answer the host's question, I apologize by mentioning that the noise was coming from the tram. We didn't have access to any windows on the busy street to confirm where the noise was coming from, but it is definitely a noisy area.
