French market and bourbon street being less then a mile away
The area is very walkable
Only knock was I asked about the WiFi because the original info seemed wrong and I never got a response about it so I had to use my hotspot but it was a great stay.
that’s quite literally the only negative I can think of

The location is walking distance to Frenchman St which is great for food and music.
I knew the property was on second floor, but had to go down alley, behind the home and up a metal staircase. Make sure to leave porch light on if getting back at night bc the bulb in the alley kept blinking and it was dark. The rental was very basic, but met my need for a quick trip.
