I wouldn't stay here again.

There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to be comfortable. compared to surrounding areas Christmas eve/day, it was the most affordable place to stay before our cruise. No issues accessing the property with the lock, 15 minute drive from beach, cruise port, and close to food and stores.

There was no oven, only a stove top with 1 pan and a small air fryer. We chose this house vs a hotel specifically because of the full kitchen. We ran the dishwasher because it had a rotten smell, it flooded the entire kitchen area. There were no wash rags, just 5 towels (reservation was for 6). The floors were disgusting. A fresh pair of white socks, were black at the bottom after a few hours there. There was hair on the floor when we arrived so we knew it hadn't been properly swept and or mopped. There was no hot water. We took cold showers. (I reached out before checkout and the host told me I should have reached out they would have assisted with adjusting the water heater) NOT ACCEPTABLE! There were gnat bugs throughout the house which became annoying. The toilet water was yellow as if someone hadn't flushed. (this is possibly a Florida issue) The air filters needed to be changed. We have asthma and allergies, that amount of dust is unacceptable. The beds were beyond uncomfortable and sat low to the ground. Whenever you flush the toilet or turn on water, the lights throughout the house dimmed. There is a tattoo shop/ store right next door that got loud at night and rowdy but I was able to sleep through it. I reached out to the host the first night with a few concerns and there was a rebuttal for every concern I had so I didn't even address anymore concerns because I didn't feel it was worth the frustration. When I think of "serene" I don't think of this property. It has potential but its not there yet. This was my first time using booking, I will be going back to Airbnb.

The house was dirty and the electricity was off in the second day.

There was no electricity on the second day. It was 81 degrees in the house.The owner does not respond in a timely manner. The property had dirty walls, floors, and freezer. The air conditioner filter was extremely dirty and had not been changed in months. I would not recommend the stay. The yard was in kept, and the garbage as over flowing.

FATAL!!!! NUNCA VOLVERÍA

La ubicación es buena, queda cerca al aeropuerto FLL, pero el barrio no es nada bonito ni tranquilo, hubo un tiroteo en una gasolinera a 10 minutos del alojamiento, y la gente de por allí no es la mejor tampoco.

Nuestra estancia allí fue TERRIBLE. La primera noche no pudimos entrar al alojamiento debido a un error de la anfitriona, ella dejó la puerta con seguro por dentro, estuve de vacaciones con mis padres de más de 80 años, aun así tuvimos que dormir todos en el carro en una gasolinera incómodos, al siguiente día llegaron a abrirnos la puerta y no tuvieron la decencia de ni siquiera disculparse con nosotros, ni reembolsarnos ni un centavo, fue una experiencia TERRIBLE, la anfitriona es grosera, no presta atención a las peticiones, no supo manejar bien la situación. La casa es vieja y sucia, NO tiene AGUA CALIENTE, las esquinas del baño son sucias, el inodoro está amarillo, las camas son incómodas, no hay cosas de cocina, es TERRIBLE TODO.
