The staff was exceptional—really friendly, polite, welcoming, and always very helpful. The room itself was otherwise fine.
Unfortunately, I found bugs in the room. It was an unpleasant hygiene issue that ruined part of the experience, which is a pity given the great quality of the staff.

The staff was really supportive
The room was clean, the facilities work, but air conditioning was too loud
The breakfast was served if only you ask for, and one day I even did not get it as the guy just did not come to serve it;
The place is very hard to reach out as the street is too narrow and steep.
