Super Wohnung in toller Lage im Szeneviertel Prenzlauer Berg. Prima Erreichbarkeit, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr stylisch und mit eigener Kunst des Ehepaares verschönert. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht - von einer hochmodernen Toilette mit "Unterbodenspülung" bis zu Bad-Utensilien, ausreichend Kaffee-Kapseln und sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Da einige Einrichtungselemente sehr modern sind, gibt es sogar QR-Codes, die deren Gebrauch erklären sowie ein megaausführliches Informationsbuch. Im Umfeld sind reichlich tolle Geschäfte und Lokale, um das Leben in Berlin zu genießen. Parken war ebenfalls kein Problem. Wir haben uns an dem Wochenende sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung liegt im EG direkt an einem Bürgersteig - trotzdem ist die Privatsphäre durch milchiges Glas gewahrt - zumal es sehr gute Verdunklungsvorhänge gibt. Lüften kann man nach hinten raus... (praktischerweise sind in dem Innenhof auch direkt die Mülltonnen). Diese "besondere" Lage hat uns nicht gestört und ist auch im Angebot ersichtlich.
