About this apartment rental
The large, lovingly furnished apartment has five spacious bedrooms (three each with a double bed - 160x200cm, one with two single beds, and one with three single beds each 90x200cm) and two beautiful bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a shower.
A 44sqm, light-flooded living room with a cozy long dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchen make your stay a relaxing experience.
WIFI / WLAN, TV Flat, DVD, Blue-Ray, I Phone / I Pod Docking Station, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are naturally part of the entertainer.
A registration number is not required!

You are right in the heart of Berlin:
With the U2 Vinetastraße, just a few minutes' walk away, you are in just one station on the Schönhauser Allee Arkade with countless boutiques and various grocery stores. Of course, you can also walk there in just ten minutes.
In two stations you are on Eberswalder Straße, on the one hand the famous Kastanienallee with bars, restaurants and Berlin clothing labels starts, on the other hand you are in a three-minute walk in the Kulturbrauerei.
The U2 also goes directly to Alexanderplatz (approx. Nine minutes), Stadtmitte, Potsdamer Platz (approx. 21 minutes), further to the Zoo train station and the Olympic Stadium.
As an alternative to the underground, you can also take tram 1, which is only a five-minute walk away in the direction of Schönhauser Allee Arkade. It also stops at the shopping center, goes directly to Kastanienallee, and also goes through to Friedrichstrasse station (approx. 19 minutes), from there you can easily get to the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag.

Ulla was a lovely host and super welcoming. The appartement was very clean and cosy. It is the perfect place to stay with friends as there are a lot of separate rooms and plenty of space to sit and eat together in the living room. Would love to come again!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ein langes Wochenende in Berlin. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Waschmaschine als auch den Trockner konnten wir git gebrauchen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, eine ruhige Seitenstraße und trotzdem in 5 min an der nächsten Straßenbahnstation.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe in Berlin und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt geeignet. Lage und Erreichbarkeit samt Versorgungsumfeld waren super. Einrichtung und Ausstattung haben auch gepasst, es fehlte uns an nix. :-)
