Very central easy to find very comfortable warm and very well equipped

The key box is located in a position which is not great for older persons with mobility problems having to virtually sit down on the outside step and if yo7 don5 have a light on your phone and it’s dark it’s not easy to see the numbers

Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Proximité des transports (S Bahn et Tram). Commerces et restaurant à proximité. Navette offerte à l'aller.

Boite à clé peu accessible. Quasiment au sol. Introuvable dans l'obscurité et peu hygiénique. Environnement immédiat assez sale et dégradé ( comme trop d'endroits à Berlin). Rapport qualité/ prix assez élévé

The apartment is comfortable, has everything you may need and is well situated near public transport.

The host didn't send us the code to open the door and we were left out in the street at 1am. They didn't answer the phone so we had to look for an hotel in the middle of the night. Everywhere was fully booked so we ended up in an upscale hotel paying way more than we expected. Next day they answered us, and offered to refund the night, which still does not cover the extra cost of the hotel, plus taxi and the bad experience of being in the street at night with the cold and baggage. The apartment is ran by a machine which does not work.
