At the same time, the park directly across the street makes the neighborhood feel pleasantly quiet and green. Cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and late-night convenience stores are all within walking distance. In addition, the Velodrom is only about a 10-minute walk away, where concerts and other events are held regularly.
