Emplacement idéal.
Manque de fonctionnalité (lumière de la chambre, emplacement des prises, porte des toilettes, salle de bain sans meuble où poser les affaires et les serviettes, escalier...)

Logement très bien placé. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire (réactive et disponible). J'ai pu arriver un peu plus tôt et déposer mes bagages (très appréciable). Le logement était propre et conforme à mes attentes et au descriptif.

L'espace de l'appartement (disposition, hauteur sous plafond agréable), la décoration
La rue est bruyante, la cage d'escalier est dégradée et l'accès par les dernières marches difficile quand on est chargé, je n'ai pas trouvé l'interrupteur pour la lumière dans la chambre, vieille odeur de tabac malgré l'interdiction de fumer affichée, une seule petite poubelle pour tout l'appartement. Une télévision et le wifi seraient appréciés.
