Beautiful location on a river in an old converted mill - even has a hole in the floor covered by glass where you can see the water running through that would have turned a grinding wheel

Very strong sulphur smell from the water in the bathroom. No written instructions on how to use coffee machine, if water was safe to drink, and how to turn light off in the underground area.
