L'appartamento è molto pulito e tutto l'arredamento è nuovo. Buona posizione centrale. Con gran piacere abbiamo trovato anche un ombrellone che ci ha salvati dal sole in spiaggia. Super!
La casa è davvero molto calda e il condizionatore è utile solo per la zona giorno. La zona notte nel soppalco è troppo bassa e si sbatte la testa in continuazione, inoltre i mobili sono solo nella zona notte e portare le valigie su degli scalini ripidi e alti è una vera impresa. In realtà anche percorrerli sia in salita che in discesa non è facile e comodo. Il terrazzino in vero forno crematorio, c'era una tenda ma il palo è stato divelto e non ci ha permesso di usarla. Appartamento in piena ZTL (dalle 19 alle 9) c'è da fare la corsa per cercare un posto prima che chiudano la zona e poi ricordarsi di spostare la machina perché alle 9 inizia il disco orario in tutta la zona e le vigilesse alle 8:50 iniziano già a girare.
