The location is fantastic for the city centre. Access was very straightforward with clear instructions. The flat is clean and has pretty much everything you need, all as advertised. Beds are very comfy and warm. It was a great base for our long weekend.
Drafty windows that don't close properly in the main room weren't much fun in winter when the heater is on a timer switch (we couldn't find how to alter it to allow the main room to be heated past 10pm). No issues like that in the bedrooms though, they were always toasty. This was the only gripe we had!

Great location for pubs and close to centre . Lovely breakfast bagel place close by. Comfortable beds
The was a lot a draft from windows in kitchen/lounge and the heater didn't work nor did microwave. The kitchen cupboards were grubby and the bath mat stained. Overall was not as clean as expected.
There was no shower gel it just contained water. The communal area (stairs and hall) was absolutely filthy and smelt bad.
