Fairly easy. Problem with email/site access to get instructions, but host was available and helpful.

Excellent location and great value for money considering the short distance from the city centre

Nothing to dislike

The location was good, the place was fine for two couples to stay in.

the kitchen was terribly underequipped and I see there have been lots of comments about this before, so it seems the hosts really don't care about comments. there was no small sharp knife - try peeling onions with a blunt serrated breadknife.... We literally had to go and buy one. only 4 of everything, e.g. cutlery, so constantly had to wash up as there were 4 of us, and so if you used a fork or a plate in doing the cooking, you were then short for dinner there were - just about - 4 wine glasses but all different there was no implement to stir anything no salad servers and only one rather dubious looking plastic bowl you could use for salad there was no tea towel there were no oven gloves windows were really difficult to open light switch in living room - dimming was missing the proper button to twist blinds didn't work properly I couldn't get the heating to work from instructions given - even though this was June, it was quite chilly in the morning and the flat quite damp, so was trying to warm up/dry out a bit bathroom bin pedal for lid was rusted off no toilet roll holder so whilst the flat itself is handily laid out and the location is good, it seems the hosts don't care enough to fix these things that really aren't difficult or expensive to fix - some tea towels, a few wooden spoons, some cutlery, some more pans? less than 50 Euros
