Heathervue Glanmire 3BR private house

Location is great and there was plenty of space for everyone. I really liked having the dedicated parking and the availability of parks, restaurants, and shopping. The tumble dryer was a huge bonus.

This property needs some care. The garden is completely unattended. I had to navigate through the overgrown hedges to access the dryer. There was painted over mold in the 2nd bathroom. Overall, it is starting to feel a bit neglected and careworn. There were no instructions made available regarding hot water or trash/recycling. The bins weren’t labeled for us, and we had no hot water because we didn’t know that we had to turn it on. I would recommend some posted instructions and switch labels.

Keys were in a lockbox. I hadn’t received the code for the lockbox, so I had to call for it. Thankfully they answered and gave it to us. I liked having a washer and dryer so we could do some laundry. We also enjoyed being able to cook dinner rather than eat out. There was no grill or sheet pan so we used the cooktop and sautéed our chicken. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the 3 bedrooms, and we enjoyed watching World Cup soccer on the TV in the living room. It was a comfortable stay!

It was unseasonably warm and with no air conditioner, it would have been nice to have a fan in each bedroom.
