Clear check-in instruction, attentive host, very comfortable place with everything we needed, clean and in a superb location.
Only the three set of stairs were inconvenient since we were traveling with a baby and the stroller.
Also there was a problem with water in Pescara at the time we were staying which we were aware of and the host did everything in their power to make it easier for us. However we were offered a discount for the day which we did not receive therefore one star down. Other that that, all perfect.

La posizione era ottima, sia perché vicina al centro e sia per i servizi, tra cui: supermercato, panificio, bar, tabacchi e ristoranti.
Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato alcuni "problemi" all'interno dell'appartamento che si sono accumulati giorno per giorno e che hanno deluso le nostre aspettative.
Inizio dalla camera da letto, sotto al quale abbiamo trovato tantissima polvere.
Nel bagno c'era solo un rotolo di carta igienica e per 5 notti e 6 giorni che abbiamo soggiornato lì, purtroppo, era un po' poco, infatti siamo andati a comprarne una confezione da 4.
La doccia era una walk in e lo scarico era tappato, ragione per cui, ogni volta si formava un lago in bagno e non essendoci una straccio per raccogliere l'acqua, abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi all'acquisto.
Altra pecca era l'acqua calda quando facevamo la doccia che arrivava tiepida, più fredda che calda. Purtroppo non esisteva il getto di acqua bollente!
In cucina non abbiamo trovato utensili consoni per poter cucinare; inoltre, non c'erano tovaglie per la tavola o strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie. Abbiamo trovato solo delle tovagliette per la colazione e ci siamo adeguati con quelli.
