Like the environment, near in the beach and shops, totally was goods 👌. . 3 to 5mins walk in train station. . Nice apartment, We back soon in the future. . Highly recommend. .

- Sehr gute Lage - Modernes Ambiente - Gute Ausstattung - Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - Hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung (einkaufen etc.)
- Mangelnde Sauberkeit (dreckiges Geschirr, Staub & Spinnenweben, gebrauchte Spülschwämme/ -tücher und Dreck auf dem Esstisch und Boden)

La localisation proche du centre ville à pieds et de toutes les commodites (commerces, gare, plage, restaurants, supermarchés). Parking payant à 10 minutes à pied (parking de la gare 2€50 par jour). Dans les rues adjacentes, parking à durée limitée par disque. Alessandro, facilement joignable de l’agence immobilière aidant si besoin.
Appartement qui mérite d’être rafraîchi, les murs des parties communes sont sales. le ménage devrait être un peu plus poussé (poussière, toile d araignée plafond mezzanine). Par rapport à d’autres logements en Italie (Rome ou Milan) tarif élevé pour la prestation. Pas de bouteille d’eau d’accueil à minima, pas de produits de toilettes. Literie très inconfortable, il serait bon de remplacer le matelas et les oreillers. Poignée du placard du lave-vaisselle manquante. Il est dommage de payer 40€ de frais de ménage et de devoir sortir ses poubelles soi-même (demande inscrite au contrat). Tarif réparti entre l’agence immobilière, le propriétaire et les frais de ménage, élevé pour la période et les prestations proposées. Pas aussi lumineux que sur les photos disponibles sur booking
