New, and get more or less everything we need.

In the shower were really bad smell. Also air conditioning were not working. No privacy in small terace near parking.

We had a great stay. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the detailed information provided before our arrival and the quick, hassle-free check-in process. It was an excellent choice for travelers with pets.

The only downside was that guests were using very large inflatable rings and boats in the pool. These are more suitable for the sea and sometimes made it difficult to swim. They could also pose a safety risk, especially for younger or quieter children if a large inflatable accidentally bumped into or covered them. Other than that, everything was great. We would be happy to stay here again.

Labai jaukus loftas, yra viskas, ko reikia tiek trumpesniam, tiek ilgesniam apsistojimui. Atvykus buvo labai šilta, kas yra didelis privalumas šaltuoju sezonu. Mielai grįšime dar kartą :)

Labai trūko naktinių užuolaidų, nes naktį viskas viduje tampa matoma, sklinda šviesa iš kaimynų.

Decor is excellent. Washing machine was great.Nice touch with the welcome drinking water and bathroom supplies.

Most upsetting was interpretation of swimming pool as private, when actually all 56 lofts are using just one small pool 6x3 meters! Although we chose the place specifically for the pool we’re not able to use it. apartment missing a night curtains and drinking glasses. Also, there was no ironing table or even iron available. The remote to the gated entrance wasn’t provided, wasn’t comfortable every time to get out of the car to enter the code by hand! House magnetic key wasn’t provided as well. I wouldn’t choose this place to stay again.
