Located just steps from historic Olde Town Arvada, this three-level condo offers modern comfort with easy access to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the mountains. Thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you need, it’s perfect for a vacation, extended stay, or a home base while working in the area.
THE SPACE
-Two bedrooms upstairs: one with a king bed, the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed
-Each bedroom has its own private bathroom
-A full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the upper floor
-Main level features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with an island, quality appliances, and a dining table for four. There is also a convenient half bath on the main floor.
-Ground floor includes a welcoming mudroom and a two-stall garage

-This condo is ideally located for exploring both the city and the mountains:
-Olde Town Arvada: 0.5 miles (2–3 min drive, 10–13 min walk)
-Downtown Denver: 8 miles (15–20 min drive)
-Denver International Airport: 28 miles (about 38 min drive)
-Boulder: 22 miles (30–35 min drive)
-Red Rocks Amphitheatre: 12 miles (20–25 min drive)
