We did not have a breakfast, but the place is so good.
I booked accommodation through the website and provided my bank details to secure the booking. The amount required to secure the reservation was R400.00. I also contacted the guest house and was assured that the room had been secured.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that we had to pay R500.00 because we had not paid the required booking amount. When making the booking online, there was no option available to make an online payment.
This situation raises a concern. We would like to know what would have happened if the guest house had been fully booked when we arrived at 23:00, despite being assured that our room was secured.
