Affordable and 5 mins walk to bus station and 15 to Burwood China town and train station.
Felt extremely budget - The slats in one of the beds fell out as soon as we sat on it, the view from our room window was of an overgrown garden with an old swimming pool with green sludge in the bottom, the only air con in the room was a flimsy fan that started making odd noises halfway through the night so had to be turned off and so was very hot. Bathroom floor was grimy and other housemates were noisy in the early morning and left dirty dishes in the sink.
