We had a great time at Lord Wolsely. Everything, the property, the rooms, the staff, the facilities was spot on. We met absolutely lovely people who made sure we are comfortable.
Would highly recommend this place and would surely stay here when we visit again.

The room was clean and spacious. TV was working. Bed was conducive for sleeping. Kitchen was small but ok, didnt use much, only put the melted kitkat. There was a bathroom with toilet, a toilet room only, and a bathroom only. All were clean and smell fine. there were soap, shampoo and conditioner. Dont worry about the pub, although there were occassional laughing but overall we didnt find it noisy. We slept fine during our stay. The Ultimo Community was overall quiet. Last but not the least, the staff were helpful and kind.

Led by the good ratings I chose this one but reality is way different. I suggest to really read other comments! As mentioned in some. - -
The bathrooms are shared, they are clean but one for each of the floors (3 toilets and 4 showers in total).
No AC and the fan turns out after a short time. The heat stayed in the room…
The worst: For some rooms the Generators and Air Vents are directly at the windows. So sleeping is quite impossible.
You can chose to get a heat stroke with some noice or constant loud noise…
Service is not really available. There is a number for late checkin which no one picks up ever and the in-house staff is basically the bartender.
This means you’re dependent on the bar opening times and the time the bartender can share!
Of course the location is prime and the price is on the cheaper side considering Sydney but I would never recommend this in any situation.
