Generalnie kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Pojawiły się jakieś trudności w związku z poprzednimi wynajmującymi o których nas rzeczowo informowano. Czystość przestrzeni, urządzeń też nie budziła zastrzeżeń.
Pokój jest w bardzo starym i zaniedbanym budynku. Okolica jest dosyć okropna. Wejście do pokoju jest strasznie krępujące biorąc pod uwagę charakter przestrzeni, ponieważ otwiera się ono na przystanek autobusowy i ludzie widzą wszystko wewnątrz co może być krępujące. W samym pomieszczeniu podłoga jest spęczniały z powodu wilgoci. Wilgoć też jest na podłodze przy łazience. W całym pomieszczeniu panuje nienajlepszy zapach.
