Limpio, decente, tranquilo y cerca de los mercados habituales.
Lo que no me gustó del inodoro fue que necesitaba algunas reparaciones menores.

Apartamento espacioso y bien equipado, limpio, en tercera planta con ascensor.
Con gran nevera, y dispone de lavadora.
Muy cerca tiene parada el bus 22, y muy cerca una parada del futuro tram-bus (enero 26 en pruebas).
Muy cerca cafeterias y algunos restautarantes populares, y minisupers.
Durante le dia en la misma calle se coloca un mercadillo..
Apartamento totalmente recomendable.
Quizas al estar en la parte de atrás de la avenida, y al estar un edificio de al lado en construcción,
de noche puede dar la sensación de solitario, pero no implica ninguna inseguridad,
yo no tuve problemas ya que esta a 50 metros de la clinica Moktar Soussi.
Por otra parte en el apartamento en invierno se agradeceria alguna estufa.

tres bruyant travaux dans l’immeuble marteau piqueur et travaux a l’exterieur un batiment en construction
le marche dans la rue d’oul’impossibilite de se garer
