Chic Urban Pied a Terre in Heart of DC

It was nice and cool temperature and vibe - well decorated.

Overall, my stay was fine, but I felt the property was overpriced for what was offered. If the nightly rate had been lower, I likely would have been much more satisfied. Because of the price, I arrived with higher expectations than the experience ultimately met. The biggest challenge was the parking. Having to move the car for street cleaning was inconvenient, and the numerous two-hour parking signs made the situation stressful. Although the restrictions didn’t appear to be enforced during my stay, it was still uncomfortable not knowing whether I was parked legally. The parking area is also located across a busy four-lane road with a crosswalk but no traffic light, which didn’t feel especially safe when walking back and forth. With more appropriate pricing, I think I would have viewed the overall experience much more positively.

Spacious, well-equipped basement apartment in a prime location. Enjoy a full kitchen, private laundry, and excellent value. Convenient access to public transportation makes commuting to Federal Triangle—and exploring the museums, monuments, and Capitol area—quick and effortless. So much to eat and see within 1 to 2 miles. Very walkable neighborhoods.
